About Us
Stephen and Jennifer-Cawley Black
Stephen and Jennifer live in Ocean City with their two children. They own and operate DiPaolo's Red Lion Inn, a 104 year old family restaurant located in Southampton, NJ. They are also commercial real estate investors. Working close to home has always been a dream and OCCS is making that dream come true.
Sean and Heather Hays
Sean and Heather live in Ocean City where they raised their three children. Sean has nearly 30 years of public service, all in law enforcement and emergency management. Heather has nearly 30 years of project management experience in financial services and IT operations. After spending nearly half their adult lives moving around the US, they were thrilled to move back to their hometown to raise their family.
